Your pictures are severely underexposed unfortunately. The products themselves are just black without detail. It seems to me you used spot metering and it picked up the white labels, which are not exposed about right. You might try increasing brightness in the shadows in case you have the raw files of the pictures to show details of the products.
Pictures taken at CES with products sitting on a window sill are not going to be awesome. In many cases, you couldn't see any details at all so I did use Photoshop auto level to adjust things. In some cases it looks like crap, but it's better than the original image at least. Sadly, my camera and lens aren't the best -- I've seen the same lens used on a Nikon D700 and it definitely did better in less than ideal situations than my D3100. Entry level DSLR only takes you so far, sadly.
Don't worry Jarred, your pictures are not that bad. I would say slightly underexposed. But I can see details in there. Naturally, internet comments can only express the extremes, but pictures of dark glossy things is hard. Keep up the good work. (plus, I have a K10D and low light exposures are not my friend!)
I'd personally like to see their products get more exposure (and perhaps see prices fall a bit) here in the u.s. Nice to see performance mixed with silence (or at least an effort). They have really nice products and packaging from what I can tell. Recently picked up a dark rock pro 3 cooler from be quiet! and no complaints. It performs well and looks nice, in theme with their other products.I wouldn't mind seeing some more case options from them.

I struggled to make out the case from that picture. The black placard behind it doesn't help.
